The Vixen House Policies

To ensure the safety of our guests, and to make sure the experience at The Vixen is enjoyable for all parties, the following rules have been put in place. Violation of these rules may result in being ejected from the building with NO ticket refund and/or a possible ban from The Vixen.

We do not serve food but you are welcome to bring food in to The Vixen.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the building, according to state law. Smoking/vaping is permitted, for those of age, on the outside patio.
  • NO moshing, crowd surfing, or stage diving
  • NO intoxication or other signs of impairments related to alcohol consumption or otherwise
  • NO fighting or threats of violence
  • NO unauthorized unlicensed vendors, solicitations, handbills, sampling, etc.
  • NO unauthorized entry to non-public areas
  • NO outside beverages
  • NO backpacks, large purses, or bags (over 6″x10″)
  • NO audio or video recording devices/accessories of any kind
  • NO professional camera equipment without a pass from the touring artist
  • NO weapons (concealed or otherwise) including pocketknives, pepper spray, etc.
  • NO illegal substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia
  • NO spikes or long wallet chains
  • NO selfie sticks
  • NO laser pointers
  • NO glass, bottles, cans, or coolers
  • NO stickers, flyers, banners, or posters
  • NO item that management may consider dangerous or problematic

ALLOWABLE ITEMS

  • Small bags; smaller than 6″x10″
  • Nonprofessional/pocket still camera, unless otherwise denied by the tour/artist
  • Glowsticks
  • Fan signs (but please limit size and be respectful of people around you)
  • Outside food

Where is Will Call?

Will Call is at the check-in area when you enter the theatre. Will Call opens when doors open. Photo ID is required.

SOLD OUT SHOWS – I know the show is sold out, but do you have any tickets left?

Unfortunately, No. Sold Out is Sold Out. We encourage you to buy in advance to prevent FOMO.

What time does the show start?

We do not guarantee specific start times but generally the show starts 30 minutes after doors open. We encourage you to get to the venue as soon as possible.

Is The Vixen a seated venue?

Unless advertised as a “seated show”, The Vixen is a General Admission, Standing Room venue. A few tables & chairs may be put out for some shows but those are first come first serve.

Do I need my I.D.?

If you plan to purchase, consume, or even hold alcohol, yes. Because our shows are all ages, we ID everyone. All guests must be 21 years of age to purchase and consume alcohol. Select shows may be 21+ and will be marketed as such.

Does the bar accept cash?

Yes, as well as all major credit cards.

Is there Parking close to The Vixen?

There are convenient free parking lots directly in front of The Vixen and throughout downtown. See the parking map below.

Does The Vixen serve food?

No, there are several restaurants within walking distance and you may bring food into the venue.

Do you have an ATM in the venue?

Yes. In the front bar area.

Is there a coat check?

No

Is The Vixen available for private rentals?

Absolutely! Contact us to discuss your private event.

Is The Vixen Handicap Accessible?

Yes. ADA seat are available at every show. Please let the ticket takers know when you arrive and they will guide you to appropriate seating.

Do you have a dress code?

Shirts, Shoes, and Pants are required. Attire displaying gang affiliations or club vests is not permitted.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. We don’t issue refunds unless the show is cancelled. If cancelled, refunds will be issued by your point of purchase.
